At The Teez Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Below, we’ve outlined our policy to ensure transparency and clarity:

Return and Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 2 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

You can request a return and refund for a specific product by providing a reason and uploading images through the “Orders” tab in the “My Account” section.

  1. Navigate to the “Orders” tab in “My Account.”

  2. Select the specific order and scroll down to find the “Return Request” button.

  3. Submit your request along with images of the faulty or incorrect product. If the return reason is “wrong size,” ensure the neck label of the delivered product, showing the size, is clearly visible in the submitted image. This helps us verify the ordered size against the delivered size.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a reverse pickup/return delivery. Once the product is picked up, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
For certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. These items are tailored specifically to your order, making them non-returnable.

If your pin code is not serviceable by our regular courier partners, your order will be shipped through India Post. India Post delivery timelines vary from 3 to 15 working days. Please note that India Post does not provide end-to-end tracking details.
